Gabrielle was introduced to me when I felt lost within the SEN minefield. I had already received and failed to submit one DLA form within the specified time period and I really could not face trying to complete another and failing. Prior to our meeting, Gabrielle asked for all the professional reports that we had been given for my daughter and she meticulously read them and pulled out the salient points we needed in preparation for the completion of the dreaded DLA form. When I met with Gabrielle, she calmly and patiently walked me through the DLA form, step by step, using information from the assessment reports that I had totally forgotten about!
